International travels
If the participants’ tasks and interests are related to international travels for Kiwanis (such as the European trainings we deliver, the membership projects and service projects we coach in other countries), the full logistical organisation of those will be handled by our event manager, who books in this case the flights with our travel agency, who books the hotel rooms and meals in the restaurants,… (for all the staff, including volunteers, interns, and stagiaires).
International travels for Kiwanis will be organized always together and in the presence of a responsible staff member. The volunteers, interns or any other participant within the programme will act as a support and never as an end responsible. All costs of those travels will be covered 100% by our office (except for the personal shopping, souvenirs, going out outside the programme, and specific personal requests when travelling to new countries).
